In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in person at our Markham shop are provided at the time of purchase and are not shipped unless we make a separate arrangement with you.

Online Orders and Shipping

Orders placed through our online shop are handled through thestationeryvillage.shop. Available shipping methods, rates and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

We pack stationery and paper goods with care. Processing and delivery timing can vary because of stock availability, weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather and other service interruptions.

Cancellations, Late Delivery and Refunds

If you need to cancel an online order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel an order before it is packed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is already in progress with a carrier.

For Ontario consumer online orders, cancellation and refund rights may apply if required information is not provided, if you do not receive a required copy of the agreement, if you are not given the required chance to accept or correct the order before it is placed, or if delivery is late under applicable law.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If an item is damaged, defective or does not match your order, please email info@thestationeryvillage.com with your order details, receipt or order confirmation and photos where helpful. We will review the issue and respond with the next step.
